As an expert specializing in the electric utility construction industry, I bring over 35 years of extensive and expansive experience, ranging from hands-on fieldwork as a certified Journeyman Lineman to all levels of the field, corporate operational, educational, and safety leadership.

My journey began in the field, where I gained invaluable hands-on experience as a lineman. This foundational work allowed me to understand the intricacies and challenges faced by those on the ground, in the air, and the office. Over the years, I transitioned into various leadership roles, including:

• Superintendent
• Project Manager
• Division Manager
• District Manager

In 1989, I embarked on a new path as an educator, training apprentice linemen. My dedication to education led me to become a full-time instructor and eventually the director of one of the nation’s most extensive union-based apprentice programs. My commitment to advancing the profession further manifested as director of the lineworker certification program at the nation’s largest and only accredited lineman college.

The most recent 13 years of my career have been dedicated to the nation’s largest union electrical utility contractor. I have served as the national director of training and the director of safety and training for the western United States. These roles have equipped me with a broad perspective and deep knowledge of the industry's safety protocols and training methodologies.

I have investigated and authored reports on a wide range of incidents, including:
