At Larson Elite, we are passionate about helping businesses and their workforce reach their full potential. Our expert coaches have a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that increase efficiency and safety and improve performance. We work hand-in-hand with our clients to understand their unique needs and develop strategies tailored to meet your company's goals.
If you want to take your business to the next level, typical classroom training won't get you there, coaching will. We coach the entire team, not just the quarterback. Coaches evaluate people, processes, and product, develop a "playbook"; and then implement the strategies and follow up.
Every company and every employee is unique, understanding and capitalizing on these characteristics is the duty of each coach. To develop a progression plan, we must first establish a baseline from where to begin. We remotely consult with company leadership to determine what is needed and why. We also identify known issues or concerns, and organizational goals. Evaluation criteria focus on the current status of the team member as an Individual Contributor, Senior Individual Contributor, or Leader.
We next perform an in-person, or remote meeting with the chosen team member(s) to introduce the coach, explain the program, and show how it benefits them directly. We then work with individuals to learn about their perceived weaknesses and strengths and we uncover and identify their future personal and work-related goals.
We analyze core characteristics relating to: Drive, Behaviors, People/Teamwork, Emotional intelligence, and entrepreneurship/Strategy.
This is where typical industry-standard training fails. Sending team members for a day of classroom training and expecting them to remember and apply what they learned is unrealistic. Retention happens when learners apply newfound knowledge. Once the coaching strategy is developed, our coaches work hand-in-hand with your team members; they observe, train, and apply lessons learned on the job and in real-time.
Using our proprietary objective-based grading rubrics, we report to the organization's lead on progress and improvement recommendations. Recommendations may include the need to provide specialized training, developing individual and team expectations, process and policy improvement recommendations; we may even recommend employee transfer or replacement considerations.
